Shipping policy

Regalia and our own attendance/declaration books are free shipping.  Our attendance/declaration books are made to order - please allow 2 weeks for delivery ( do sometimes have stock items so if you need sooner, please contact me - if I supply from stock item there will be a shipping charge though for faster delivery.

All products are shipped directly from our suppliers (which will differ depending on product). We will do our utmost to assist with any issues you encounter, but hands are obviously tied by our suppliers. Please be aware that products being shipped from outside the UK may have longer delivery times (e.g China can be up to 50 days) and therefore where speedy delivery required please ensure you select the relevant preferred option.
