Returns & Refunds

Bespoke / Personalised Books

All Lodge and Chapter books are custom produced to order.

Under UK regulations, personalised goods are exempt from cancellation rights.

These items cannot be returned unless:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect due to our error

Where a replacement is issued, we do not normally require the original item to be returned.


Regalia & Non-Personalised Items

Standard regalia and non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return postage

  • We must be notified within 14 days

If an incorrect rank or variation was selected at checkout, this is treated as a standard return.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days with photographs

  • We will replace or refund as appropriate

  • Return postage (if required) will be covered by us

In many cases, faulty bespoke items will not need to be returned.

If you wish to cancel an order not yet placed, please note that from the point artwork with the printers there is only a one hour window for us to place a cancellation with them.  In the event this window has already passed, a cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
